• Contact and volunteer forms: your name, email, and the message or interests you share.
• Honor Roll messages: the name and message you submit. Messages you submit to be displayed on the Lufkin Honor Roll may appear publicly once approved.
• Website usage: we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, general location).

How we use it

We use your information to review and respond to applications and inquiries, connect families with resources, coordinate volunteers, operate our programs, and improve our website. Information in a support application is treated as confidential and is used only to process your request.

Donations

Donations are processed by third-party providers (such as APT Financial and PayPal). Payment details are entered on their sites and are not collected or stored by Martha's Legacy. Our T-shirt shop is run through Zeffy. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and receive form submissions, with partner providers when needed to arrange support you requested, or when required by law.

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage statistics. You can opt out with your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
