A Life That Left a Mark on Everyone He Met
“I will never forget the day Mundo Senior asked me to get lunch with him and one of his sons, Mundo Jr. We met for lunch and I promised him I would share everything I knew about the BD world and behavioral health with Jr. Jr. asked great questions and always took notes. We talked about doing our best to pass the baton to the next generation.
We would have deep conversations about Jesus, and you were never shy about your faith. I loved that about you, brother — and I know you're in our real home now, no longer a pilgrim but a true resident in the Kingdom of God. We will rejoice together again one day.”

Co-Founder, Martha's Legacy
The unexpected loss of a loved one brings grief that words cannot describe — and it also brings an immediate, overwhelming financial burden that no family should face alone. In response, the Martha's Legacy board of directors has invoked its Emergency Hardship & Bereavement Relief authority to activate a direct assistance grant for the Suarez family — covering funeral, memorial, and transition expenses as a compassionate community response.
This is what Martha's Legacy was built for: showing up when a family has nowhere else to turn and reminding our community that no one has to carry the heaviest weight alone.
